During the general assembly held in Montevideo, Uruguay Dr Paulo Eduardo Novaes from Brasil was elected president, Dr Armando Gaytan from Colombia Vice president, Dr Gustavo Sarria from Perú secretary and Dr Gustavo Guggiari from Paraguay treasurer, Dr Ferran Guedea representative to ESTRO and Dr Beatriz Amendola to ASTRO. The regional delegates are, from North America Dr Alvaro Martinez,  Europe Dr Angeles Rovirosa from Spain, Central America and the Caribean Dr Raúl Lara from El Salvador,north of south America Dr Thais Revolledo from Venezuela,South of south America Dr Juan Solé from Chile.
